Some paintings take a while. This is one that I started last year. I liked the way the the shore became almost abstract blocks and shapes. It is very deliberately cut into sky/sea/land.

The shore was at Papigoe, on one of our walks to feed the ducks, then round the brae at Broadhaven.

It is oil on a canvas box frame.
